Refund Policy

The course is digital and delivered immediately, so the policy is written plainly rather than buried.

THE WINDOW

Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and it will be issued. You do not need to justify the request. After 14 days, purchases are final.

WHAT HAPPENS TO ACCESS

A refund ends course access. Your written work and scored record are retained unless you also ask for deletion.

PRIVATE CALLS

If your tier included a private call and the call has already taken place, that portion is not refundable. The course portion still is, inside the window.

HOW TO REQUEST ONE

Email support@snipercommunication.com from the address you purchased with. Refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe and typically settle in 5 to 10 business days.
