Privacy Policy
This page is maintained by the owner of Speak Like a Sniper to answer common privacy questions about this course. It describes current practice and is updated when practice changes.
WHAT WE COLLECT
- Account data. Your email address, and the sign-in records associated with it.
- Assessment data. If you take a free assessment, your answers, the resulting scores, and the email address you give to receive the results.
- Course work. Written lesson responses, coaching conversations, and the scored record ("reps") produced from them.
- Usage data. Page views, referrer, and an anonymous session identifier. We do not use advertising trackers.
- Payment data. Purchases are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers; we store only the order and subscription records Stripe returns.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
To give you access to what you bought, to score and store your work so the course can track your progress, to send you the emails you asked for, and to understand which pages are useful.
WHO IT IS SHARED WITH
We use a small number of service providers to run the course: Supabase (database, authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Plausible (privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics), and an AI provider used to score written work. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
You receive transactional email tied to your account and purchases. Marketing email is separate and every marketing message carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect account email.
RETENTION AND DELETION
Account, course, and order records are kept while your account is active. To have your account and its data deleted, email support@snipercommunication.com from your account address. Some order records are retained where required for tax and accounting.
